Essential Documents:

  • Keep each set in a separate bag to avoid losing them.

  • Email your medical records and completed questionnaires to the International Patient Coordinator before your arrival.

  • Keep the International Patient Coordinator’s contact information handy during your stay for any support or questions.

 

Travel Preparation:

  • Check the weather conditions for your treatment period and pack accordingly.
  • Bring extra cash to cover any unexpected services or extended stay.
  • Note: Credit cards cannot be used in Iran, so make sure you have sufficient cash for treatment and other expenses.
  • Ask the coordinator about any additional travel or purchases you might need to make in Iran.
  • It is recommended to have travel insurance to protect against any unforeseen losses.

 

Communication:

  • International SIM cards do not work in Iran. Buy an Iranian SIM card at Imam Khomeini Airport (IKA) for local calls.

Cultural Guidelines:
