Juybar – The Land of Peace, Nature, and Northern Beauty

Juybar is a beautiful and peaceful city in Mazandaran Province, northern Iran, nestled between lush rice fields and close to the Caspian Sea. With its untouched nature, friendly people, and proximity to both the sea and forests, it is an ideal destination for both local and international tourists.

One of Juybar’s main attractions is Goldasht Beach, a clean and quiet shore that offers a more relaxing atmosphere compared to other crowded beaches in the region. Nearby flows the Siahroud River, creating picturesque views among the green fields and citrus orchards.

Nature lovers can explore the Kouhi-Kola and Larim forests, known for their greenery, walking trails, and fresh mountain air. Around Juybar, there are also several beautiful small lakes (Ab-Bandans) such as Seyed-Mahalleh and Niyala, perfect for birdwatching and photography.

Juybar is not only rich in natural beauty but also in history. The Imamzadeh Abdollah Shrine in Niyala and the historical Mir Emad Bridge are among the city’s cultural landmarks. Visitors can also enjoy the local bazaar, where they can experience authentic Mazandarani culture, traditional foods, and local handicrafts.

Its close distance to Babolsar, Qaemshahr, and Sari makes Juybar an excellent base for exploring the forests, beaches, and tourist centers of Mazandaran. The harmony of nature, culture, and tranquility makes Juybar a truly unique destination in northern Iran.
